How AllTech Services partnered with Netic to push the limits of technology inside their operation

AllTech Services is a technology-forward HVAC and plumbing company serving Northern Virginia. After being let down by other AI providers, they have partnered with Netic to power their front lines as they continue to grow.

Key results

4,200+ inbound jobs booked autonomously with AI
78% average booking rate from after-hours and overflow jobs
Response time to Google LSA and aggregator leads cut from 15–30 minutes to instant

Summary

Abe Zarou, CEO of AllTech Services, founded the home services business two decades ago with a Chevrolet Astro, a stack of business cards, and a flip phone.

Over twenty years, his leadership, grit, and eye for innovation scaled AllTech into one of Northern Virginia's largest HVAC and plumbing providers. It has over 150 employees and 85 trucks on the road.

One of the last remaining family-owned and operated HVAC companies in Northern Virginia, AllTech isn’t slowing down. Completing three tuck-ins and an acquisition in the previous few years, it plans to open four locations and add electrical services later in 2026.

AllTech prides itself on being tech-forward. As Abe puts it: “We’re a technology company that happens to install heating, cooling, and plumbing.” Staying on the cutting edge of technology fueled its rise; the team even built a 1.3 million-subscriber YouTube following.

“We are one of the top home service companies across technology and AI. We take innovation seriously to improve the customer experience,” says Director of Marketing Trevor Parker.

AllTech was eager to put AI to work in its call center. The first tools it tried, though, couldn't deliver. They hallucinated, mishandled calls, and frustrated customers.

Here’s how AllTech found an AI partner that lived up to its demands.

Initial attempts at AI didn’t deliver

“When we began looking, sales pitches from other AI companies were slick,” recalls Abe. “We can do this. We can do that. They promised it all, and we took a leap of faith based on their demos.”

Trevor had seen the bait-and-switch over and over again. “A lot of companies we’ve tested have golden storefronts. Then you get in, look at the back end, and you’re like, what’s going on?”

Disappointments piled up as soon as tools went live in front of customers. Deployed agents hallucinated, scheduling service on days AllTech was fully booked and promising appointments on holidays.

“One customer fought with a previous AI agent for ten minutes with no way to reach a human. This happened multiple times, and we debated abandoning AI entirely because of that frustration,” Abe says.

The team learned a clear lesson: any AI company had to show their product working in a real-world environment.

That's what they discovered in Netic.

Netic won AllTech by proving AI in a live environment

Abe needed an AI solution that could elevate operations, handle demand surges, show him where revenue was leaking, and unify a fragmented tech stack. After meeting our CEO, Melisa Tokmak, and seeing Netic run live, he saw it wasn’t just demo-ware. “Netic calmed our fears,” Abe says. “It’s absolutely amazing.”

Netic’s engineers worked with AllTech’s team to learn how the business ran, then adapted the platform to their rules and workflows. Within weeks, Netic was live, syncing with AllTech’s ServiceTitan data, routing calls correctly, and following AllTech’s operating logic.

“The onboarding was laid out day by day, week by week,” Abe says. “The commitment and attention to detail was unlike any other company we dealt with.”

“We've done a full 180 in the call center”

AllTech went Netic First (N1), meaning Netic is the first response every caller or inbound lead hears. It answers the moment a call, text, or web message arrives, books the routine jobs, and routes to a human representative when needed.

“Netic is a superpower. We have 24/7 inbound and can control our capacity,” says Abe.

“Before Netic, there were brutal days,” says CSR Ulysses Carr. When twenty customers stacked up in the queue, the team had to rush through calls, which made the experience worse for everyone.

Now, on AllTech’s toughest days, Netic delivers a no-hold experience for every customer. During a recent three-day, 100-degree heat wave in Virginia, call center manager Vanessa Breeding needed just one rep on the morning phones. “Our rep is able to handle inbound on his own because Netic is our first response,” she says.

“Speed to lead is the game,” adds Trevor. “When a customer has a problem, we respond instantly, get them service as soon as they can schedule it, and the problem is resolved. Customers adore the reliable five-star service.”

For Trevor, the ROI was apparent from the start. Before Netic, leads from Google LSAs and aggregators like Thumbtack sat 15 to 30 minutes before a CSR could respond. Now, AllTech replies instantly. “Netic is unbeatable because we don’t drop customers. When customer acquisition cost hovers at $400, not losing one matters.”

The results are remarkable. Netic booked 4,200+ leads in just a few months, with an average booking rate of 78%, largely during after-hours and overflow. “We couldn’t reach those numbers on our own,” says Abe.

Before Netic, the call center’s morning started with the same question: how many calls are we buried under today? Now, Vanessa’s five-person team can spend its time on outbound: booking tune-ups and inspections, renewing memberships before they lapse, and checking in on customers who are due for service.

Netic takes the offense further with outreach that fills the schedule on its own. Ahead of a heat wave, Netic launches autonomous campaigns that alert customers and fill the schedule. Each one runs on AllTech’s real capacity, so techs’ calendars stay full without overbooking.

Ulysses puts it simply: “We’ve done a full 180 in the call center. Netic revolutionized our workflow. It makes sure everybody gets serviced while humans are still in the loop. My day is ten times easier.”

More visibility, one platform

Netic’s reach extended beyond AllTech’s inbound operation. It gave AllTech a clearer view of its business metrics and consolidated inefficient, disconnected systems.

“We thought we had a certain booking rate when we didn’t, for instance,” says Abe. “Netic helped us identify those leakages. Now, we have the visibility to improve even more.”

AllTech used to run its customer-facing operations on a patchwork of tools. One system took the calls, while another ran outbound text campaigns. They didn't talk. Both were bug-prone, and every breakdown meant chasing a new vendor.

“Some of the early systems did pieces of what Netic does, like taking calls or classifying jobs, but it wasn't a good experience operationally,” says COO Mark Peregory. “Netic was the first to unify those under one hood, and it's worked great.”

With a one-stop platform, AllTech could finally analyze its business clearly. Netic’s analytics show where leads come from, what drives revenue, and where it slips away.

Conclusion

For twenty years, AllTech has grown by betting on innovation in the trades: Netic is the latest of those bets to pay off. Since AllTech brought on Netic, the company has kept climbing, posting 54.8% revenue growth year over year.

“AI is a shiny word. But when you take time to understand the value it brings, it’s non-negotiable,” says Abe. “If you’re not leaning into AI over the next few years, you may already be pushing a boulder uphill.”

Now, Abe isn’t worried about falling behind competitors. “Partnering with Netic as a trophy product has allowed us to scale. I don’t worry about inbound now. We can continue to take market share and grow with the best-in-class tech operating for us autonomously, 24/7.”

We’re proud to power AllTech’s front line; we can’t wait to see how far they take it.
